Training and Scheduling

1. Choose General Cleanroom Training , if you need to access the Petrie Cleanroom for photolithography, wet chemical etching (wet benches), the spin coater, microscope and plasma asher.

2. Training for some tools (the profilometer and the mask aligner) located in the Petrie Cleanroom will require the General Cleanroom Training at the same time.

3. Approximate training duration is indicated in the brackets beside each training item in the Select a Training Item drop-down list below. Please make yourself available for the entire session.

4. If a General Training session is required for the tool training you choose, a message will be displayed and one extra hour should be added to your training session.
